I put a lot of work into tailoring lessons.

Sometimes life happens—maybe you’re sick, maybe you have other things to attend to, or maybe you just don’t feel like it—just tell me 24 hours in advance so I can plan accordingly. We can cancel or reschedule. No problem. (If you have an emergency, of course I will understand, but if you have multiple emergencies, we should pause our lessons until things calm down.)

My friend Jess saying: No way. You will attend your English lessons!

Or, if you simply find you don’t enjoy the lessons or the lessons aren’t effective or things change or you find another teacher you like better, it’s all fine. Just let me know by email or text. If you have paid ahead of time, and for any reason cannot continue, I will refund you for all lessons you haven’t completed. No worries. Maybe you want to study on your own for a while, watch video lessons, and get back in touch with me later. Everything will be ok.

Homework doesn’t have to hurt! It could be as simple as listening to a podcast.

The goal is for you to practice between lessons. Homework should be fun, meaningful, and challenging.

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes.

Just relax and enjoy learning.
